We will set you your company up on QuickBooks Online. We will set your chart of accounts up and keep your daily activity entered. All of this will be done remotely. Your data will always be secure and you will have access to the information we are entering for you at any time. 

We will provide financial reports on a chosen interval basis. We will meet with you to make sure that you understand what those financial reports mean to you. Unless you understand how to read the map you won’t get where you want to go.

Income Tax Services

We will prepare your business and personal income taxes. You will be able to upload data directly to us. We will contact you electronically for any additional questions that we have. Take care of answering the questions on your time by providing us with answers electronically. No need to spend time away from the office to take care of your tax preparation.

Once the tax return is done, we will look forward to the next year. We will make sure that your estimated tax is either being covered by withholding or that you are making the necessary tax payments. We can also provide copies, with your permission to other businesses such as mortgage companies and the FAFSA.

Sales Tax Services

If you are in ecommerce the sales tax landscape looks scary. We can make sure that you are covered. If you are an Amazon seller and you have them collect the sales tax we can reconcile your sales tax report. If they don’t collect the sales tax for you we can make sure that the tax is sent to the correct taxing authorities. We can handle determining nexus, sales tax license registration, shopping cart sales tax configuration, and sales tax notices from state. Because we will be providing other accounting services we will know how your whole picture affects your sales tax unlike the companies that just handle sales tax.
